Meditation at Yoga For the Peaceful

The Crested Butte Mindfulness Group was started in the fall of 2010, and has met weekly for meditation since.  We are open to all meditation traditions.  Our goal is to create a space where people with a mindfulness practice can come together and practice in Sangha (community) and to offer meditation instruction to those who are interested in learning more about meditation. Workshops are offered once a season that are based on topics such as Meditation, Buddhism, Yoga, Embodiment, Mindfulness, and more.  Aligned with the Buddhist tradition of Dana, or giving, all workshops are offered on a donation basis. Sunday 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Non-lead Silent Meditation Group

Please arrive 5 minutes early.  There are cushions available for use.
