Finding Balance through Meditation at Yoga For the Peaceful

We are open to all meditation traditions at Yoga for the Peaceful.  Our goal is to create a space where people with or without a mindfulness practice can come together and practice in Sangha (community) and to offer meditation instruction to those who are interested in learning more about meditation. Workshops are offered once a season that are based on topics such as Meditation, Buddhism, Yoga, Embodiment, Mindfulness, and more.

*Please arrive 5 minutes early.  There are cushions and props available for use.

Non-Lead Meditation Schedule:  

Tuesday 6:00am -7:00am Silent Meditation Group Aligned with the Buddhist tradition of Dana, or giving, all workshops are offered on a donation basis.

Wednesday 12:15-12:45 Yoga Nidra Club.

Thursday 6:00am -7:00am Silent Meditation Group

1st Friday of each Month in CB SOUTH: 5:30-6:30pm Yoga Nidra with Carin

Sunday 7:00-8:00am Kundalini Meditation with Dana AND

Sunday 6:00-7:00pm Sound Healing Meditation with Dana
